Selection and placement process in SOM Fasteners is to include the most suitable candidates selected according to the characteristics of the position, with the basic characteristics suitable for our vision, mission, target and corporate culture, to the SOM Fasteners family.

For those who apply for open positions, the evaluation process is initiated on the basis of competence, experience and references.

All applications are recorded in the Human Resources database and carefully reviewed. Although there will no open position at the time of application, all applications made are routinely reviewed, applicants invited to interviews when necessary, and applications of candidates are re-examined when necessary. As a result of the searches made in the Human Resources database during the selection and placement process, it is determined whether the candidates are suitable for the candidate profile required for each position and whether they have the necessary qualifications.
